Scale-up equipment

 
The laboratory has a plant extraction pilot unit consisting of:
 
  • A distillation/extraction unit of 1000 L  
  • a distillation unit of 200 L
  • an essential oil distillator of 100 L 
  • extraction vessels, one of 500 L and 6 of 100 L
  • adsorption columns (XAD-4 and 7) with a capacity of 150 L (× 4) and 450 L (× 2)
  • a vacuum desiccator of 100 L 
  • 3 rotary evaporators of 20 L 
  • a spray dryer
  • as well as a reactor 10/63 L for large scale synthetic procedures.
